Reporting Claims Online
The Trust Online Reporting System allows you to report your claim to The Trust at your own convenience and pace, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You will be guided through a series of screens to collect your loss report information including your loss details and as much information as possible about all other persons injured or property damaged in this loss.
Please make sure that you have all your loss reporting details available to you as you begin the reporting process. Depending on the complexity of your loss, the online loss report should take between 5 – 15 minutes. Use the “Instructions” link on each report page as a resource. If you cannot complete your report, please end the report and contact a Trust Claims Representative 401-439-6511 to give a verbal loss report. If your report occurs after regular business hours, please call 877-704-5550.
Once you have completed the Online Claims Form, select the "Submit Your Loss Report" push button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email, acknowledging that your Claims Form was received by The Trust. A Claims Representative will contact you (either by email or by phone) with the claim number and the adjuster's name within 24 hours from your report.
We can only assist you and respond to your loss if it is actually submitted to us. Even if a loss report has been successfully initiated, we cannot act on it if it does not include a valid policy number, telephone number, or other information that would allow us to contact you
