Biography of Bryan J. Murray, CRM, CSP
Bryan J. Murray joined The Trust in 2017 as Director of Health, Safety and Risk Management. Bryan has extensive experience in health and safety, and has developed and administered risk management and loss prevention programs for more than 15 years. Most recently, Bryan served as Safety Manager for Corcoran Jennison Companies and prior to that served in safety management roles for Citizens Bank and EMC Corporation. Bryan holds designations as a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Safety Professional. Bryan graduated with a Masters Degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Massachusetts and has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection.

Biography of Shawn P. Baxter, OTR/L, CIE
Shawn joined The Trust in 2015 as an Ergonomist/Loss Prevention Specialist. Prior to joining The Trust, Shawn served as co-owner of POWR, an orthopedic based, therapy clinic, that specializes in developing work rehab treatment programs, performing Functional Capacity Evaluations and providing injury prevention services for referred patients. Shawn brings a wealth of experience, having worked in a variety of industrial health and occupational therapy service roles over the last 20+ years. Shawn holds a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from University of New England.

Biography of Paul M. Brouillette, ARM-P
Paul was hired as The Trust's Loss Prevention Specialist in 2001. He retired as Sergeant in the City of Warwick, Rhode Island Police Department, after twenty-one years of service. While in the Warwick Police Department, Paul was assigned as the Department Planner, applying for and managing all of the Department’s local, state and federal grants, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans and other special projects. He served as the Officer in Charge of the Community Services Division, which encompasses the City’s community policing program, school-based programs, juvenile prosecution and Senior Services. He also served as Officer in Charge of the Prosecution Division, which oversees the criminal prosecution of all the adult arrests in Warwick. Paul earned his Master’s Degree in the Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Bryant University. He has also earned the Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) designation as awarded by the Insurance Institute of America. Paul is also an Associate Member, International Association of Chiefs of Police, a Certified Instructor of Defensive Driving DDC for the National Safety Council, and is a National Certified Playground Safety Inspector.

Alexandra Fiore joined The Trust in 2018 as Wellness Program Specialist. Alex spent the last 20 years working in various roles for the American Cancer Society. Most recently, she served as its Health Systems Manager, Hospitals and prior to that as State Vice President Health Initiatives. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Public Health from Trident University International.

Ken Fogarty has joined The Trust as Property Loss Inspection Specialist. Ken brings more than 15 years of loss control and property inspection experience, having owned his own commercial field inspection services company and having worked as a property inspector for both the insurance and mortgage industries. Ken holds an Associates Degree from Bryant University.

Biography of Marta Perez
Marta joined The Trust in 2003. She started with The Trust as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist and later moved into her current role as Loss Prevention Assistant. Having previously worked for Mass Mutual Life Insurance and Corbishley Financial Group, Marta has more than 20 years of administrative experience within the insurance industry. She graduated from New England Institute of Technology with an Associate of Science Degree in Administrative/Medical.
