Biography of Ian C. Ridlon, Esq.
Ian C. Ridlon, Esq. was appointed President and Executive Director of the Rhode Island Interlocal Risk Management Trust in 2014. He had previously served seven years as The Trust’s General Counsel and Director of Legal Services. Prior to joining The Trust, Ian was in private practice and specialized in insurance defense work, commercial and environmental litigation, and labor and employment work. Although Ian worked at large firms with national practice groups, he made every effort to focus his practice in Rhode Island. He is admitted to all of the state courts in Rhode Island, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He is also admitted to practice before the First Circuit Court of Appeals where he has argued cases involving municipal entities.
Ian is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Vermont Law School. He has been actively involved with United Cerebral Palsy on the state and national level for over 15 years. On the state level, he has been the Board Chair for several terms and has also chaired two other non-profit organizations created by the affiliate that provides independent living facilities for low income individuals with developmental disabilities. On the national level, he serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees and is a recipient of the 2004 Chairperson’s Award. He has also served on numerous committees and was previously the chair of the nominating committee and the by-laws committee.

Heather joined The Trust as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in 2011. She possesses nearly 20 years of progressively responsible financial and accounting skills and brings to The Trust excellent and well-rounded experience as well as a strong insurance accounting and financial management background. Prior to joining The Trust, Heather worked as Manager of Accounting and Budgeting fro Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. She also worked as the Accountant for the Town of Middletown. Heather holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Salve University.

Biography of Andrew J. Murray, Esq.
Andy joined The Trust in 2015 as General Counsel. Andy has over 20 years experience as a practicing attorney, focused on general litigation, insurance defense, pharmacy malpractice, premises liability, product liability and personal injury. Most recently, he was in the Litigation Management Group of Locke Lord, LLP. Andy is admitted to both State and Federal courts in Rhode Island, as well as Massachusetts. Andy is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History for the College of Holy Cross.

Biography of Debby Maynard
Debby joined The Trust in 2002 as Executive Assistant to the President & Executive Director and currently serves as The Trust's Executive Office Manager. Prior to her current position, she was employed for more than 15 years in various office management and administrative support capacities. Debby graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with an Associate of Science Degree in Office Administration.

Jessica joined The Trust in 2016 as Senior Accountant and and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2017. Jessica had previously worked at Ocean Spray Cranberries serving as an Internal Auditor and Staff Accountant. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and is a certified Paralegal.

Primary liaison between Trust end user and IS data warehouse translating business requirements into data solutions, produces integrated data queries and reports, works with third party vendors to ensure data quality and consistency.

Kristen joined The Trust in 2012 as Technical Data Analyst and currently serves as The Trust's Business Analytics and Data Specialist. Prior to her current position, Kristen worked at Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, as a Financial Analyst and later as a Project Coordinator. She also worked as Assistant Underwriter for AmWINS Group Benefits/National Employee Benefit Companies and as Analyst/Team Lead Analytic Consulting Services for CVS Caremark. Kristen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Rhode Island College.

Biography of Colleen A. Cranshaw, CPA
Colleen A. Cranshaw re-joined The Trust in 2017, after a 1.5 year hiatus, as Senior Accountant. She is a Certified Public Accountant and brings a wealth of experience in both public and private accounting. Before joining The Trust, Colleen served as Senior Accountant Internal Reporting for CVS Caremark and prior to that worked at FM Global as Accounts Receivable Accountant III and Financial Report Accountant III. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts.

Marilyn joined The Trust in 2010 as Administrative & Financial Assistant and now serves as Financial Specialist. Prior to joining The Trust, Marilyn worked as an Office Manager for Allied Electrical Group and PRO Physical Therapy & Sportscare. Marilyn graduated from The Katharine Gibbs School as a Medical Executive Assistant and also holds an Associate Degree from Community College of Rhode Island.

Elizabeth a re-joined The Trust in 2014, after a 3 year hiatus, as Administrative Office Assistant . She was promoted to Administrative Specialist in 2017. Elizabeth provides administrative support to The Trust’s Underwriting, Finance, and Human Resources Departments. Elizabeth had served as The Trust’s Office and Member Programs Assistant back in 2010, before leaving to join MetLife where she provided key support to both customers and Financial Service Representatives. Elizabeth has an Associate Degree in Fine Arts from the Community College of Rhode Island.

Lynne M. Orr joined The Trust in 2015 as Accounting Assistant. Lynne has more than 25 years of accounting experience, most recently serving as Finance Associate for Alent, Inc. where she earned “Performance Excellence” awards 2010-2014. Lynne is experienced in all aspects of Accounts Payable, including obtaining W-9 forms and preparing year-end 1099’s, as well as cash receipts and general ledger maintenance.

Biography of Patricia A. Moy
Patricia Moy joined The Trust in 2014 as Administrative Receptionist. She brings with her an extensive background in administrative and office support, having served in a variety of support positions over the last 25 years. Pat holds an Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant from Community College of Rhode Island.
